Serving as a hospitality center for the sponsor, it had a plush interior with leather lounge couches, 2-video/TV screens a bathroom, wet-bar and magnificent sound system. Guests could climb the circular stairs up to the canopy-covered deck where patio seating added to their fresh air shaded comfort. Viewing an event from 13' above the crowds while being served their favorite beverage from the service bar only added to the magic that was Kodalux.
At ground level event goers could purchase film, insta-cameras or have their film developed and printed professionally by the automated film developing system housed at the base of the tower.
The Kodulux model represents perhaps the most unusual mobile exhibit trailer ever produced. Dick created this model while he was employed by Spevco, Inc., one of the foremost mobile exhibit manufacturers in the country. In its transport configuration,
the Kodalux exhibit appeared as a typical 53' tractor-trailer rig but once on location it
transformed into a 56' high tower dominating the event skyline wherever it was scheduled to appear.
