The Mobile Hospitality Suite scale model was another R&D project initiated by Dick Bear. It was designed to be easily positioned at the 18th hole of a PGA tournament, on a blocked-off city street corner during a F-1 race through the streets of Toronto or any place along the route taken each year by the Rose Bowl Parade.
